Background

After graduating from the University of San Diego (1983), Don embarked on his business career with Hughes Aircraft Company. After achieving success in the corporate world, he was hired by a prominent mortgage company as the first loan officer ever to receive a recruiting salary.
 
Experience

Don broadened his understanding of real estate while attending law school and working for an investment firm specializing in foreclosure property. He was responsible for purchasing homes at auction, determining the value of properties, rehabilitating the property, and resale.

His business consists primarily of the harder to close purchase transactions. This expertise allows the loans of refinance clients to fund easily and quickly. He has encountered virtually every problem scenario in his 17 year career funding over 200 MILLION in the last 10 years.
